Victor H. Valdez joined Hadsell Stormer Renick & Dai LLP in November 2024. He represents union workers of UNITE HERE Local 11 in immigration matters. Before joining the firm, he represented noncitizens in removal proceedings who immigration courts deemed mentally incompetent to represent themselves.
Mr. Valdez received his juris doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. As a law student, he interned with the National Immigration Law Center, Immigrant Legal Resource Center, Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, and the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services.
