Andrea Loera joined Hadsell Stormer Renick & Dai in January 2025 and specializes in employment law and class action litigation.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Loera was a family law attorney at Survivor Justice Center, a legal aid non-profit dedicated to serving low-income survivors of domestic violence in Los Angeles. She provided trauma-informed representation to survivors through the full litigation process— securing restraining orders, custody determinations, and divorces. Previously, she served as the Managing Attorney of the UCLA School of Law Family Immigrant Legal Clinic, where she represented and supported unaccompanied minors and immigrant families in their immigration proceedings.
During law school, Ms. Loera interned with Centro de Los Derechos del Migrante in Mexico City and the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office. She was an editor for the Harvard Latinx Law Review, a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, and an active member of the Harvard Graduate Student Union – HGSU-UAW. She was also a student organizer, advocating for the fair treatment of Harvard’s janitorial and dining staff and for increased acceptance rates and support for underrepresented students.
Ms. Loera earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Latin American History. She is a first-generation high school, college, and law graduate and the proud daughter of working-class immigrants.
